D.A. Robbins - General Partner/Internal Operations Manager
 
    Ms. Robbins started employment with Guide Book Publishing in November 1992 as an 
Administrative Assistant. In 2004, Ms. Robbins became a General Partner. As the Internal Operations Manager, she oversees all day-to-day operations. She works directly with the Managing Partner, the General Manager, the Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales Managers, and Account Executives. In her over 20 years of employment with the company, she has served in many facets as the receptionist, file clerk, proofreader, renewal account executive, payroll specialist, health insurance administrator, 401k administrator, office manager, digital press operator, CASS certification specialist, and other administrative jobs.

She graduated from the Denver Institute of Technology in Denver, Colorado. During her 
academic years, she worked as a skip tracer for the State of Colorado Guaranteed Student Loan 
Processor and in telemarketing sales for a landscaping company. After college, Ms. Robbins 
utilized her degree as a service technician installing and servicing micro film equipment, digital 
copiers, shredders, and other office equipment. A native St. Louisian, she returned to 
Missouri and served as Service Department Supervisor for a computer retail store 
where she oversaw the repair department, handled purchasing equipment and assisted customers 
building custom computer systems. Ms. Robbins has extensive sales experience with companies 
in both Texas and Missouri at the retail, wholesale and distributor levels including purchasing, 
assisting customers on the sales floor, and warehouse supervision.
